Gemma Baxter

Gemma is an Operations and Online Business Manager who specialises in creating structure for freedom.

Having spent almost 20 years working as a professional in business support, she possesses thousands of hours of knowledge and experience. Her corporate roles included working in HR & Recruitment, Finance & Banking, Office Management, and Executive Support.

During the pandemic and after a particularly bad breakdown following burnout, Gemma decided to take the risk and start her own business as a Virtual Assistant. After almost 4 years she has transitioned from VA to Operations and Online Business Manager and has loved every step, even the sticky ones!

Aligning the business with her personal experience, Gemma wants to continue her business growth to support those facing overwhelm and to help them find freedom in structure.

Gemma a wife and mum of two teenagers, 2 cats and a Labrador!
