Hi, I’m Gemma Baxter

I am an Operations and Online Business Manager who specialises in creating structure for freedom.

Having spent almost 20 years working as a professional in business support, I possess thousands of hours of knowledge and experience. My corporate roles included working in HR & Recruitment, Finance & Banking, Office Management, and Executive Support.

During the pandemic and after a particularly bad breakdown following burnout, I decided to take the risk and start my own business as a Virtual Assistant.

After almost 4 years I have transitioned from VA to Operations and Online Business Manager. I have loved every step, even the sticky ones!

Aligning my business with my personal experience, I want to continue my business growth and support those facing overwhelm to help them find freedom in structure.

I am a wife and mum of two teenagers, 2 cats and a Labrador living in the New Forest, Hampshire.
